Take Ginna and Mike Sabol, and Ginna’s multimedia CD business, headquartered in Lititz. When they put their home up for sale, the Sabols dug into their technical skills and backgrounds to give their home an edge in the competitive real estate market.
Ginna, who is retired from mortgage banking and has always loved architecture and art, knew making their home uncommonly attractive would hasten the sale. Mike, who retired from IBM and has delved into digital media and photography, used his newfound skills to help realize Ginna’s inventive ideas.
The result was a CD-based tour of their home, totally designed and created by them.
